Hello everyone! The "dog days of summer" are upon us and as the days get hotter we want to remind everyone to stay hydrated out on the course and if you ever feel that you are being overcome by the heat, please find some shade or come into the Pro Shop or Grill Room to cool down.
We will be announcing our Three Day Member~Member in the very near future. Save the dates for September 13-15 and stay posted for sign up information in our Tuesday Tournament & Events Roundup emails.
Course Schedule
On Mondays, the clubhouse will be open at 11:00AM and tee times start at 12:00PM, unless reserved for a private event. (The course may be open to Members later in the day, depending on the size of the outing.) The following Mondays are reserved for private events at this time:
August 4, August 11, September 15, September 22
~ The club reserves the right to schedule non-member outings on Mondays. The Tuesday following a Holiday Monday may be reserved for non-member outings. Industry association outings may be booked on weekdays.
2026 Membership Drive Announced
It's hard to believe that we are already in the midst of our 2026 Membership Drive! This summer/fall, we are offering a variety of great deals to encourage your friends, family and neighbors to join us at Silo Point. Plus, our Member Referral Program is still in effect! You can earn $500 per New Member Referral this season. The new member must record your name on their application at the time of joining. You will receive an immediate statement credit when the new member initiation fee is received.

Wednesday: 11:00AM - 8:00PM
Thursday: 11:00AM - 8:00PM
Friday: 11:00AM - 8:00PM
Saturday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Sunday: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Course Update
July has been a testing month agronomically. Between extreme heat, rain and excessive humidity the turf has had its fair share of stress. We have been diligently working to keep grass alive. As always, we ask for your help. Please fix all and divots and ball marks on the greens. Also, please utilize the broken tee catches on the tee boxes. And of course, please do not take out frustrations on the turf (do not slam your clubs into the ground). These little steps will make a huge difference in the overall look and quality of play of the course. The Maintenance Department really appreciates your cooperation. Coming into August we will be getting ready for the Club Championship Finals, Member~Member, a SNEWGA event, and all other major tournaments coming up. Good luck to all players! Hopefully the weather will break so we can get some relief for the course and allow for some better golf days. Thank you, Silo Point Maintenance Staff
