From Tee To Green
Hello Members of Silo Point Country Club,
Thank you all for being patient as we have been growing in the hurt greens from the winter. We have had some good grass weather and some not so great (cold) weather. We have made strides in growth and recovery and will continue to do so as the weather gets better.
We have also been getting the course ready for our Three Day Member-Guest tournament! As always, we are striving to have the course in the utmost conditions for our members and their guests. After the tournament, we will continue to tackle the projects we have started, such as the low areas in the fairways that need to be addressed.
We look forward to seeing everyone enjoying the course as the nice weather is coming.

Tournaments & Events
The Golf Course and Range will be reserved for Members participating in the 2026 Member~Guest Tournament from Friday, June 5th to Sunday June 7th.
Please contact The Golf Club at Oxford Greens and Tunxis Country Club directly if you would like to book a starting time. If you are interested in playing a round at Blackhawk Country Club, please let our staff in the golf shop know and we can reach out to them to book a time for you.
The Men's and Women's Stroke Play Championship is right around the corner! Join us on Saturday, June 27th and Sunday, June 28th.
Competitors will play 36 holes over the course of the weekend, with both Gross and Net Champions crowned at the conclusion of the event.
Starting times begin at 7:00 AM each day. Sign-ups are posted in the Clubhouse and close Thursday, June 25th.
Course Schedule
Monday: The Golf Shop and Range open at 11:00 AM & the first Starting Time will be at 12:00 PM
Tuesday-Friday: The Golf Shop and Range open at 6:30 AM. The first starting time will be at 7:30 AM.
Saturday-Sunday: The Golf Shop and Range open at 5:30 AM. The first Starting time will be at 6:30 AM.
The Golf Course and Range will be closed for a private event on the second Monday of this month: June 15th.
