We're looking forward to a happy and safe holiday season before the calendar flips to 2026. This month's update features all of the information you'll need to wind down the year. Please review carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
2026 Membership Auto-Renewal & 5% Discount
Memberships automatically renew for 2026. A link to our updated Membership Brochure follows. We're looking forward to welcoming everyone back next season.
For Members who prefer to take advantage of an Annual Payment Discount:
For Full, Rising and Weekday Membership Dues paid in full by cash/check prior to December 23, 2025, a 5% dues discount will be applied.
*If you mail a check, please email membership@silopointcc.com and let us know to expect your payment.
Current January-Season Members who prefer Installment Billing:
Full, Rising and Weekday Membership Dues are billed in six equal installments January-June 2026 beginning on January 2, 2026.
We’re offering great deals to encourage your friends, family and neighbors to join us at Silo Point. Our Member Referral Program is still in effect! You can earn $500 per New Member Referral this season. The new member must record your name on their application at the time of joining. You will receive an immediate statement credit when the new member initiation fee is received.

Member Billing
All outstanding member account balances must be settled no later than December 23 to avoid suspension, late fees and collection measures. You may access the member billing portal through the Silo Point Country Club app, or by clicking here.
LAST CALL: Toys Fore Joy Turkey Shoot & Toy Drive:
A small tournament that started at Oxford Greens has grown to fill five 18-hole events! Last year with the help of our amazing golfers, our courses donated more than 1,400 toys. Every toy stays local and directly benefits families & children in need. We can't wait to deliver even more this season!

Member Holiday Party:
Join us Tuesday, November 25 for the annual Member Holiday Party, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM in the Grill Room. Enjoy a tasty selection of hors d'oeuvres and open bar to close out the season! Member admission is complimentary, non-member spouses and guests are just $25 (guest fees will be billed to your member account).

Course Schedule
Beginning December 1, all tee times will begin at 9:00AM. Please be mindful of frost delays, which will be notified via the Mobile App. Any frost delays will result in tee times being pushed back, not cancellation. Please contact the golf shop with any questions.
Weather permitting, the course will close for play to all members as of December 14.
The Golf Shop will remain open between 9AM and 3PM Tuesdays through Sundays until December 23.
Active Members in good standing are encouraged to take advantage of their Reciprocal Benefits throughout the off-season during which our public courses may be open for play as weather allows! Please remember to call The Golf Club at Oxford Greens/Tunxis Country Club and speak directly with their Golf Shop to reserve your tee time under a reciprocal rate.
Reminder To Use Your Golf Shop Credit
Friendly reminder: all golf shop credit will expire when we close shop at the end of the year. Please visit and buy something your heart desires before it expires on December 23!
Lockers & Club/Cart Storage
If you currently have a locker but do not need a locker for 2026, please remove your belongings and return your key by Sunday, December 7th to avoid being billed.
If you would like your Golf Bag or Push Cart for the winter months, please remove during shop hours until Tuesday, December 23rd.
Employee Holiday Fund
We are accepting contributions for the Annual Employee Holiday Fund. If you wish to contribute, please donate in the Golf Shop no later than Sunday, December 14th in time for year-end paychecks. We kindly ask that all contributions are made by cash or check made to "Silo Point Country Club."
