Event Sign-Ups

Dear Members,

This is a courteous but firm reminder that membership dues are payable each month on a net-30 basis. Balances from last month must be settled within 30 days of the statement date to remain in good standing. Any charges that remain outstanding beyond 30 days will be considered past due and, per club policy, accounts with balances older than one billing cycle will be suspended—resulting in loss of access to the course, practice facilities, tournaments, and all member services—until payment is received.

If you have an open balance greater than 30+ days, please remit payment or contact the accounting office immediately to arrange resolution. Your prompt attention helps us maintain the high level of service and course conditions you expect and deserve.

Thank you for your cooperation.
